Another "Another 'Chances' Thread" Thread

Hello. I'm currently a Junior in an 800 or so student public high school in Northern California, and have been researching college and colleges quit heavily the past couple weeks. I have looked at a lot of colleges, and none have made me really WANT to go there as Reed has. Other schools, it seems more like, "that would be an good/cool school to get into, I would like to go there." Reed seems more like "amazing." Anyways, I want to know, with such information, how good a chance I might have of getting in when I apply next year.

My family's net income is below $30K.

My family's business is a small flower farm/nursery, and I have spent my last 3 summers working on it, and plan to spend the next one doing the same thing. I also work on it
throughout the school year, though much less.

My SAT's were 2110--740 Critical Reading, 670 Math, 700 Writing.

My current unweighted GPA (the past three semesters) is 3.52 I plan on bringing it up to at least 3.6 with this semester's grades.

I took an honors class (English) Sophomore year, am taking two AP's (English Lang/Comp, US History) this year, and plan on taking at least 4 AP (Calc AB, Gov, Physics or Enviromental Science, and possibly German, English Literature) classes Senior year.

I have not taken the ACT.

Sports: One season of crew, this year.

Clubs: German, National German Honor Society, one semester of Interact, and I am planning on joining National Honor Society and Journalism next year, as well as contributing articles to the school paper this year.

Interests: I enjoy reading and writing, and would like to pursue something related to these activities, something English related, as it has always been my favorite and most motivating class.

If you take the time to help me out, thank you.
