What if I signed up for an AP test, but decide not to take it? Will this affect my admission at all?

Thanks

No - just like getting a 1 on an AP test will have no effect on your admission.

um i also have a question. my friend told me ap credits are useless for grad school like medical/business school and they require you to take a required course in college. like my friend said even if i passed ap calc, i still need to take it in college if i want to go to grad school. is this true?

that's correct.

grad schools will not accept credits earned via ap tests.

errrr...so if i took the ap calc exam and i passed it...its useless? i have to take calculus (math31a/math31b) again at ucla if i want to go to buz school? by the way, anyone know the "requirements" for business school or med school and what classes u need to take?

So if I graduated from UCLA and I skipped out of calculus 31A from the ap test I have to take a calculus 31a class at like some CC or back in UCLA just to enter the grad school?

From what I understand, you just have to take a certain amount of courses in that department.

So if 3 quarters of math is required, then you'd take 32A, 32B, and 33A.
