Another app. question

I'm completing the on-line app. and have a question:

I took Physics during freshman year, and I'm doing A.P. Physics this year -- but I can only indicate one year on the app. So, which one should I indicate -- 9th or 12th?

12th. I don't know why they don't make more than one box checkable.

you couldnt list them as separete classes, couldn't you? I know in my school, taking the regular class is sometimes a prerequisite for taking an AP class. For example, I had to take regular Bio before AP Bio, and regular Chem before AP Chem, etc.

No matter what you write, the admissions officers will have your transcript in front of them, and they'll see that you've taken two classes in physics.

If you have to choose, I suggest picking the later one -- closer to a picture of how you are now, rather than how you were then.

Thanks everyone.
My finger has been hovering over the "submit" button, but I've decided to sleep on the app. for what will doubtless be one more intensely neurotic night. I really never thought I was (or would be) this masochistic or anal!
Oh, and thanks to all the Bloggers -- Mollie (especially), and Laura and Jessie. Your entries have been extremely helpful and reassuring. If the MIT gods are with me, I owe you all lunch (promise).

haha, as do i magd.......and ya.....I have this weird mentality that waiting to finish the app will make it better......but the deadline is less than two weeks away....AHHH!
