Another Asian Boy... Please Chance me!

Hi, I'm just starting my junior year and I wanted to get a basic idea of where I might be in terms of reaching my dream school of Upenn, and maybe get some ideas of where I might be able to improve.

Current Academic Stats:
Junior at Garfield High School in Seattle Washington
4.0 UW gpa
Class Rank 3/400
Have not taken the SAT or ACT yet (took them in 8th grade just to try it out and scored 33 on the ACT and 2100 on the SAT...mediocre scores)
Have taken:
AP Calc AB - 5
AP Calc BC - 5
AP World History - 5
AP US History - 5
AP Computer Science - 5

Currently APs:
AP Statistics
AP Chemistry
AP Physics
AP LA

Planned APs for senior year:
AP Biology
AP Latin
AP US Gov
AP Literature

EC:
Sports:
Varsity Swim Team freshman through current... likely to be captain for next year
Lightweight Varsity Rower at Green Lake Crew... possible captain for next year, good chance of making nationals

Arts:
Will be first chair clarinet in Garfield's A orchestra

Clubs:
Junior Classical League - 3 years (received magna cum laude on both national Latin exams so far)
Key Club - 3 years (no notable accomplishments)
Math Team - current team captain, will be captain again next year

Volunteering:
Have some service hours through Key Club
Extensive volunteer work at Harborview Medical Center... currently at 120 hours, and should have well over 300 by college application time.

Jobs:
Working regular weekly shifts as a lifeguard at a neighborhood swimming pool

So I think my academics so far are decent, if I can continue to do well on my APs and if I manage to get a good score on my SAT and ACT. I think my extracurriculars may be on the weaker side, as I don't have anything very outstanding or unique, although I do think that I have a wide range of somewhat noteworthy extracurricular activities. Also, I am a first generation Chinese male immigrant... I moved here when I was 4. I know that the standards for Asian Americans are very high for Ivy league schools, and both my parents have graduate degrees and my family is upper middle class. I would really love to get into Upenn or other top Ivy league schools like Harvard, Yale, etc., but I do know that it is extremely competitive.

What do you guys think my chance are so far of getting into one of these schools?
Do you guys have any suggestions as to what I should work on this school year to improve my chances?

I don’t know why you think a 33 isn’t competitive, it’s towards the upper half of admitted UPenn students
