Another cell phone question

<p>@afchang23: I don't think there is. You can check the coverage around the campus, and you can see how weak the reception is. I wish they had it for real.. Then I wouldn't have to switch..</p>

<p>yeah, go with the Big V (Verizon). Although some of the other providers seem to have cooler phones and claim they use "more cooler" technology (GSMs), Verizon's network is by far the most extensive and the most reliable. In my 6 years as a Verizon customer, I have never had any downtimes.</p>

<p>i'll be living in dickson next year, and i already have att and strongly considering getting an iphone...will it be an ibrick (no service at all) in my dorm next year?</p>

<p>i had t-mobile 3 summers ago in ithaca and it worked fine downtown and on central campus but not on north campus....</p>

<p>i'm guessing all other providers (except verizon (which works everywhere)) will be a variation of this...</p>
