Another chance me ...please!

Weighted GPA 4.24
Hoping for top 10% (was top 11% at end of soph year .. waiting for junior rank to come out)
ACT 27
3 AP's (so far have 4 in USHistory)
7 honors courses
Out of state female
undecided major

Activities include NHS, drama, 2 minor clubs, 1 sport played at travel level all through hs, peer tutor, youth coach

Taking ACT again in Sept and probably a 3rd time in Oct (should I???)

Not submitting SAT because ACT was better

What do you think?

You’re in.

If you can get your ACT up to 31 and get in the top 10%, you can pay in-state tuition (if you are currently out of state)

sorry for butting in here, but pierre do you know what the qualifications for getting in state tuition are? if it matters, my high school doesn’t rank.

I was wondering about that too. And OP, you’re in. I would say.

Thanks for the responses ! This is the #1 choice right now so it’s nice to hear the positive feedback.

pierre - Do you know if admissions will superscore the ACT to help get the 31 for instate tuition? Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge with us :)

the minimum requirement for getting in-state tuition is an SAT score of 1350 (CR+M only) or ACT of 31 and a ranking in the top 10% of your high school class.

I really don’t know. I would assume that they don’t superscore but that’s something you might want to ask admissions about: [Prospective Students : Clemson University](http://clemson.askadmissions.net/aeresults.aspx?cid=2719&did=2&KB=onload)

Are those in-state tuition requirements set in stone?

those are the minimum requirements. Depending on the number of students meeting those minimum requirements, the requirements may be higher to get the in-state waiver.
