<p>And I also looked at Penn State's application, and it didn't see them mentioning recommendation letters at all. Are they required, recommended, or not considered at all? I'd prefer the latter, since I had to change schools Senior year and, unfortunately, my teachers/counselor don't know me very well.</p>
<p>I understand chancing has become too repetitive, but could you at least answer my questions, please? :)</p>

<p>Can’t comment on your chances, but as for letters of recommendation - NO - they are not required for admission. They are, however, required if you apply to SHC.</p>
<p>1) What percentage of non-UniPark campus students get to live in dorms? (Berks, for example)</p>
<p>2) Will I be considered a Pennsylvania resident if I moved here on August 15th, 2011 and will apply for Fall 2012? (and agreed to attend the summer session)</p>
