Another chance...sorry

I honestly have no idea where my application will take me as you will soon see why.
To start off, my unweighted GPA is 3.45 pretty bad yes however
Freshman GPA -3.0
Sophomore GPA -3.55
Junior year GPA - 3.8

and I got 4.0 UW GPA in first quater of my senior year and because I am applying RD, admissions will see that I got my acts together

Course loads were most rigorous in all subjects except for Spanish which I dropped in my senior year but I replaced it with AP Macro/Micro so I don't think it'll hurt me too much

SAT I: Math- 800, Writing-760, CR - 740 (2300 in total and 1540 in 1600 scale)
SAT II: Math 2C - 800, Biology M - 770

Honors
Letter of Certificate in AMC-12 (not many are aware of this award but it's an award that's given to someone who scored 100 or above at AMC 12 as a freshman or younger. I won this award as a freshman)

1st place in regional math competition

Recommendation
I got one from my AP Bio teacher, one from my AP History teacher, one from my guidance counselor, and my school's superintendent offered to write one so I took it. I think they are all very good and work together with each other and my essay. They all included the quality that I included in my essay and they all fit together with each other nicely.

Essay
I didn't write my Chicago one yet but I am planning to make it EPIC (well so do all the other applicants but....)
My commonapp essay is good. If you'd like to read the essay for a more accurate reply, I will send it to you

Any tips will also be welcomed. My biggest concern is my low overall GPA, I'm hoping that all of the other things that I have can make up for it.

What are your AP test scores?

Sophomore year - AP Calculus AB 4
Junior year- AP Statistics 4, AP Biology 5, AP US History 5
Senior Year - AP Macro/Micro, AP Chem, AP Physics, AP Psych

Not showing work got me down for both math APs…something that I need to fix and almost fixed

GPA is just one of the many things they look at. They will also notice and take into account the upwards trend it has. Your SAT scores are solid. Just be honest and express your passions in the subjective parts of the application; namely, the essay! Show them who you are, what you love to do, and how you can be an awesome part of this awesome community. You seem to do a lot in the medical field - write about it! Don’t worry about one piece of qualitative data that isn’t really a good indicator of intelligence or work ethic in the first place…
