<p>Don’t bother retaking the SAT; just use the 34 ACT.
Applying ED, I think you’ve got a very solid shot.

<p>1) your rank matters far more than your gpa. You’re top 5%, so that’s more than fine.
2) I’m going to repeat WCAS’s note- the 34 ACT is more than enough. You don’t have to retake the 2080. </p>

<p>(Side note, we had similar stats- low psat but got nmf since louisiana is a low cut off; I had a 2070 SAT, and I had a 34 ACT. I didn’t even send in any SAT scores. Just left it at my ACT).</p>
