another chance thread

I've been hearing various things about my standing in terms of applicants, and i can't get a firm reading. i want to know if i could get into villanova with these statistics, specifically, my concern is that my GPA is holding me back:

GPA: 3.0 (unweighted)
SAT: Math 590 Reading 700 Writing 650
1290/1600-----1940/2400

Rank: None (school does not rank)

Course Load Senior Year:

Regents Physics
Regents Pre-Calculus
Honors Spanish
Syracuse University Public Affairs
Syracuse University Economics
and 2 semesters of Syracuse University English

AP:

grades of 3 and 5 on World History and US respectively

EC:
3 Jobs
Internship at Museum, 65 Hrs
Church Youth Group 100+ hrs volunteering, 400+ hrs of participation
Lockheed Martin Explorers
Volunteer at Cancer Walk
Participant in Dance Marathon, 48 hrs total.

yeah the gpa is a little low but probably the only thing that could hold you back. sat scores are good enough and course load sr year seems good. if you had an upward trend or something like that the gpa will look a little better. ecs and ap scores are good also. i think you could get in if there is something phenomenal in your app that balances out hte low gpa. good luck!
ps. im about to post a chances thread of my own, id appreciate it if you could reply

Your test scores are really solid as is your senior year course load (I'm not quite sure what Regents classes are because I live in CA, but I seem to remember one of my east-coast friends telling me that they're like AP's?), and good extra curriculars.
