I was wondering if my chances were pretty good, as well as how many people from one school can be accepted. Thanks

I’d say your’e pretty much in. I don’t believe CD 3 as that competitive, surely not as competitive as CD 4. Just write some great essays and do well in on the discovery day math test, and your’e in.

You never know with NCSSM, a lot of factors come into play, such as how many people apply from your district etc. You do look like you have strong credentials, but I applied two years ago with similar stats (had an 1840 SAT) and was rejected, but was offered a spot in the NCSSM Online program. I am really happy in NCSSM Online, and it provides the best of both worlds. So if you are offered this opportunity, I would strongly encourage you to take advantage of it. I think with your stats you will probably at least receive a NCSSM Online offer, waitlisted, or get in. I would be very suprised if you were denied.

Do you think I have a good chance of getting into NCSSM? I live in CD 3 as well. Greenville NC.
