another chances question

Alright so I told myself I wasn’t going to do this but I’m majorly stressing about decisions coming out so soon so I guess this is a way to distract myself?

SAT: 1520//ACT: 33 C, 34 superscore (I know they don’t take it but still)

GPA: 5.4/5 or 3.93 UW (converted to a 4 point scale!) (I had a B- and a B in honors geometry freshman year, but ended with an A+ in AP AB Calc jr year)

-Editor in Chief of school newspaper 2 years in a row
-4 years varsity cross country (varsity captain senior year)
-varsity track and field
-volunteer at Camp Hope, summer sleep-away camp for young adults with special needs
-worked a summer job as a waitress at a country club the past three years
-Kairos (Catholic retreat) leader//4 years involved in my local youth group, including work trips to TN
-executive officer on school’s chapter of NHS
-copy editor of school’s yearbook freshman and sophomore year

-AP Scholar with Distinction (World - 4, USH - 5, Chemistry - 5, AB Calculus - 5)

Hooks: Hispanic, my uncle’s a Holy Cross Priest on campus, third generation legacy (paternal grandpa and both of my parents are ND grads), multiple family members who’ve attended and worked (or are working) at the University over the years

I think that with your hooks, I can’t imagine you won’t get in. I say that so you won’t worry, because sometimes kids need to hear things from someone other than their parents. But I also don’t want that statement to diminish the fact that with your grades, test scores and ECs, you truly deserve to get in regardless! Good luck!
