<p>I applied to Emory University, Colgate University, Case Western Reserve, SUNY Geneseo, SUNY Binghamton, Siena, Union, Gettysburg, Ohio Wesleyan, and Furman University.</p>

<p>Emory University and Colgate University are my main concerns. i'm not worrying if i get into Colgate or not. But i really want to get into Emory University. </p>

Top 10 percent
3.71/4.00 GPA (No Weighting)
1 AP in sophomore year (AP Euro - 3), 2 APS junior year (AP US - 4, AP Calc AB - 5), 4 Senior year (AP Spanish, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, and AP English)
All honors classes
SAT 1: score (1250- 620 V 630 M) (1350- 730 V 650 M)
SAT II: 720 Math IC, 710 Chemistry, 690 Biology, 600 Writing (I know)
Took hardest classes possibles.</p>

<p>Hey, cool, im desi (pakistani american) too. Your stats are almost exactly like mine and i'm applying to Emory too. I think you have a decent/good chance at Emory, the only detriment may be your SAT II Writing. Other than that your record is good.</p>

<p>i hope they take into account that I am taking ap english and scored 730 on the verbal.
Writing in 20 minutes is not fair at all.</p>

<p>Wow. I want a 730 on englysh. :( Anyways, I'll give you my opinion of your chances:</p>

<p>Emory: slight reach (40%)
Colgate: If you don't care, I don't
CWR: Match (60%)
Furman: Safety (90%) BTW, I live right next to Furman, and go there every weekends for Carolina Youth Symphony rehersals. The campus is incredible outside, but inside it's getting old.
Other Colleges: accept.</p>
