So please tell me what kind of chance I have and what I can do to be a better candidate for Dartmouth. Thank you!!

I'd say that standardized scores a little higher would be very helpful to you. Either way, your ECs look unique and extremely focused, good job on that! Keep doing what you've been doing in that department, and hopefully your studying will pay off when you retake those tests. If that works out, I think you'll be a strong candidate.

Thanks for the reply!

Does anyone else have any advice?

your ECs are very impressive, and they show a great deal of passion, which will help a lot. my only advice would be to raise the SATs if you can, 2100+ should make you competitive if your essays and recs are strong. study, retake the tests, and convey your passion through your essays and you will have a good shot.

Thank you very much for the advice. I have a question though. Do you think I should send in my recomendations from my employers and the Columbia professor along with the 2 teacher recomendations?

If you think they will be effective letters, definitely send them. By that, I mean if they will show a different aspect of you that the previous 2 teacher recs didn't already mention. It really doesn't hurt at all - the worst they can do is ignore them.
