Reqs should be great.
Essay will prolly be good. It'll be on my "wasianess", or how I've absorbed the Asian culture into my life.

Chances?

I think you will get in b/c you have great grades and extras

hey mrliver, just wondering, what school do you go to?

im gonna say that u'll get in too

Best ranked public school in TN? Or is it MBA?

haha yeah i was going to say mba. thats where i go

MLKing Magnet. Best ranked public school. sorry if i didn't specify that. although hume fogg is awesome too. MBA's prolly got some great stuff going on for it as well, but I'm not a big fan of the school. How much is tuition there now? I'd rather save my parents money for college. And anyway...I feel that i'd be shortchanged for real life social experience if i was at a rich all-boy school. I'd much rather be exposed to people of all ethnicities and economic backgrounds. In my opinion, school isn't just what's taught in the classroom, but what you learn on your own in the halls and at lunch with your fellow students.
Just my two cents...this post got too long...

hahah "wasian," that's funny!!!
sry, I am from CA and go to a Asian school.
I think you have a great chance. You have lots of great ecs, including Science Olympiad, which I think is the best! :-) If Washing U in St. Louis is your first choice, apply early!
