Another Chances thread

<p>Posted before. I added some schools.</p>

<p>CA Asian</p>

<p>GPA:
9-11 UW: 3.63-3.68 (projected) currently 3.62
UC GPA: 3.96-4.04 (projected) currently 3.85</p>

<p>School does not rank, and is competitive.</p>

<p>SAT II:
Chemistry: 780
Math IIC: 800
US History: Take in May/June.
ACT: 30 (30E, 34M, 27R, 28S) Will retake until a 33+.</p>

<p>I do not plan to take the SAT I, as I've scored 1800s on practice tests.</p>

<p>Class schedule:
10 summer: Bio</p>

<p>10: English Honors, Chem, Alg2, Band, Dev of Civ A, Spanish 2</p>

<p>11 summer: Math Anal</p>

<p>11: APUSH, AP Eng Lang, AP Phys C, Band, AP Calc AB, Spanish 3</p>

<p>12 (projected): AP Eng Lit, AP Compsci, Calc CD, AP Comp Gov, Band</p>

<p>AP Scores:
Chemistry (10 self-studied): 5</p>

Marching Band-4 years
Pep Band-2yrs alternate, 1 year member

Internship at Neusoft (software company in China), 5 weeks
Over 150 hours community service since Freshman Year.</p>

<p>Marched in Rose Parade twice, summitted Mt. Whitney (Does this count as anything?)</p>

<p>Prospective Major: Math/Science. Haven't decided which one though.</p>

<p>Class size is about 900ish.</p>

<p>Take the SAT I. You defiinately need them and practice tests, I've been told, are much much harder then actual SATs.</p>

<p>And narrow down that list before posting. There're too many.</p>
