Another Fafsa question-prepaid tuition plan

So I was filling it out (first time) and when you get the to section for investments it says that you must include the "refund value" of a prepaid 529 tuition plan.
First of all, how would I find that?
Secondly, would this just be the value of the plan for the kid about to go to college or the refund value of all prepaid plans I own?
Thirdly, I thought I had read that in Florida, this prepaid plan is not counted in the financial aid calculations.

OK, any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
