Ok. I know there have been a ton of these threads, and yes I have read them. But because this is one of the most important decisions I will ever make, I feel I need to be certain about my options. Ill give the general overview.

I want to be an engineer. Mechanical, aerospace, etc.

I got into MCS paying roughly 29k a year. Of that, I will have to borrow hopefully 15-17k a year (assuming my parents can pay 7k and I can work and make 5k a year. This is all assuming cmu costs what they say it does. I've heard numerous times I can save money on housing, food, etc. Cmu has been my first choice for three years.

I got into Ohio state and would have to pay roughly 21k a year. I can probably contribute the same amount from working.

I have read numerous times that CMU will give me so many more opportunities for well paid internships and later, jobs.

I am also suffering an extreme fear that I wont cut it at CMU engineering (I just got a 92B in physics :()

What do you guys think?
