My NU supplement essay: I pretty much said how I already knew NU was a rigorous school but everyone already knows that, so I talked about other stuff. I emphasized that the outside-of-classroom activities made me want NU above other prestigious schools.

I felt pretty good about myself until I came to this site and saw all of you amazing people.. sigh

I would say your in.

I’d say you have a very solid app and a great shot at both Northwestern and UCB.
Did you interview with Northwestern yet? (not that it matters)
Congrats on USC!

I think you have a really great chance of an acceptance.

I’m impressed, at any rate. I’m guessing you’re in good shape.

I don’t suppose you’re thinking about NUMB by any chance, are you?

You’re in :)

Yeah you’re set. I don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s people like YOU that make poeple like ME feel bad about their apps :P

Haha wow thanks for the positivity guys, didn’t really expect it! this made my afternoon! to be honest I was scared to check back on this thread LOL

I did interview with Northwestern… It was my first, it went OK in my opinion

Hmmm well the NUMB site sure does look impressive, if I get in, that will be a definite consideration! :D
