<p>For any computer whiz's out there, I was looking at laptops a little awhile age and I was wondering if it is better to have a 100GB, 5400 rpm or a 60GB 7200 RPM hard drive?</p>
<p>7200 RPM will run hotter but 5400 rpm is so much slower. it depends what you want. personally, i would get the 60 gb 7200 rpm and buy an external hard drive</p>
<p>I'd get the 100GB. 5400rpm but be too slow for some high-end users, but for the normal user, 5400rpm is a good fit. I for one, am not a fan of external hard drives, and I'd rather have an extra 40GB. But that's just my personal preference.</p>
<p>Get the 100gb if you have an ipod. Though you shouldn't have to choose since there are 7k100 models now.</p>
