Another Mailing Label question

Hello, I am an international student. i happen to be the first stanford applicant from my school, so my counselor is unfamiliar with the 'mailing labels'.

i was thinking of putting the documents in different envelopes with the corresponding mailing labels and then sending them all together in one package. (i thought so, since DHL puts all the envelopes in one package anyways).

but my counselor is suggesting that i should send each envelope in separate packages. which means that i would have to pay DHL the fee for 3 packages instead of 1.

any suggestion would be appreciated.

I would do as your counselor suggests.
Make copies of all documents that are not sealed so you have backups if they get lost.
Keep all DHL receipts.
Send them with tracking numbers so you can track their arrival online.
Double check all addresses with the Stanford website.
Isn’t it worth it to spend a little more for peace of mind?
