Applying to CAS

*Please respond and tell me what u think, If possible give a percentage chance. Thanx in advance for your advice.

Sorry I messed up a few things:

1st: Im taking five AP's next year: the four above and BC Calc.
2nd: I forget to include that I have three great rec., and they will only get better
3rd: I have been accepted to the Georgia Governors Honor program, so jeep that in mind also

come on guys

You have as good of a chance as the rest of us do. Just as long as you present yourself with confidence you should be fine. Besides, rejection isn't the end of the world. I was rejected ED to Columbia, but I am still alive and well. In my opinion, these applications are all about how you present yourself.

wow, governor's honors is a very prestigious award . . . i'd say GPA will hurt you, course rigor will help you, and SAT's, rank, and EC's are about average for NYU . . . probably about a 40-50% chance

Thanx maverick and cupofjoe, I really appreciate your help. I know that being rejected isn't the end of the world, and I didn't mean to come off like it was. Do you think applying ED would give me a better chance of getting in

definately

anyone else got comments
