so im out of state and here's everything i've done with my life...!
GPA: 3.42 unweighted and a 3.71 weighted and thats not with senior year grades but im assuming thats not going on the app. (do they look at 9th grade?)
ACT is 26 and Im not sending in my SAt
I've been in ASB for four years, RYLA Alumni (selective leadership thing), volunteering of 200 hours, competitive and spirit cheer for three years, be green club, peer educator, and umm i think that's it. my essays are pretty good and I'd be applying to bio with the physio concentration. Any ideas on my chances? I'm thinking this school is way more competitve then I thought just by looking at everyones stats on here haha but just thought I'd see.

Thanks!

Ok, first off, yeah, the school is competitive (though has like a 60 something percent acceptance rate) but a whole lot of the people on here are the elite. Don’t compare yourself to them too much. You’ll just worry yourself.

Yes, they look at ninth grade. Did you not fill that section out on theself reporting grade page thingy on the application?

You’ve got good service stuff. And leadership too, so that’s great.

You’re not one of those absolutely- no- doubt- about- it- you’re- in but your stuff is pretty much in line with average UW stats so don’t worry too much.

Oh, btw, there’s a group page on Facebook to meet other UW 2014 hopefuls/ accepted students so we all, especially the ones like us that are out of state, can know some people before classes start so we’re not all alone.

There’s the link if you’re interested. There aren’t many of us… yet.
