<p>I've heard that you should Phase I those classes with discussion sections...but I'm in a dilemma because for Stats 21, enrollment is only 144/400 but the discussion section I want is about half full already. </p>
<p>However, if I Phase I Stats 21, I would have to give up English 80K which is already 90/120 with 34 on the waitlist. Currently I've Phase I-ed Eng 80K, but I was wondering whether I should switch it with Stats instead. Help?</p>
