Another SAT or ACT...

Sorry to post another topic of whether to focus on the SAT or ACT!

Heres my scores for both. Each score was earned with no prep.

SAT: 690 CR, 660 Math, 630 Writing (oww), 1980 total
ACT: 32 English, 30 Reading, 28 Math, 29 Science, 30 composite

I'm definitely leaning towards focusing on the ACT since i did prefer the format and some schools will take the ACT in place of SAT I's and II's (I did VERY poorly on my SAT II's).

The schools I'm probably applying to include Whitman, Lewis & Clark, Trinity (CT), Connecticut College, and Tufts. Honestly, I don't even know if I necessarily need better test scores (except for Tufts), though it can't hurt. Right?

Thanks in advance!

If you are more comfortable with the ACT do it again. It seems like you got good solid ACT scores. I know CT.College and I think Trinity will accept just the ACT and let you "out" of the subject tests. Because they can be time consuming and expensive (for some) it looks like a good idea, just check the other schools criteria. I hadn't realized the subject tests at many schools were if you submitted the SAT l until my son's GC pointed it out in May.
ps. I checked Tufts, they don't need the SATll with ACT either.
