Another Schedule Thread... Opinions?

I don't want to make another thread, but I also don't want to hijack somebody else's, haha.

Will a total of 4 AP classes look bad to top colleges (not HYP)?
My school only offers:

*Calc AB (Taking senior year)
*Chemistry (Junior)
*English Lang. (Junior)
*English Lit. (Senior)
Studio Art
APUSH

& I may not even take Calc AB.

Even though we don't have many APs, my school offers a lot of ECE courses. ECE courses are basically courses that're equivalent to certain UConn courses... you take an exam at the end of the year, and you can receive UConn credit. They also weigh the same as AP classes.

Senior year I plan on taking:

Modern European History
Physics
Environmental Science (1 semester)
(Possibly) Spanish V

Will these make up for a lack of APs in my transcript?

Thanks guys. I know this is a silly question, but I don't know who else to ask, haha.

…Anybody?

When a person sends an application to a college, their high school’s profile is sent as well, so I’m told. If the college knows that your school doesn’t offer a lot of AP courses, they won’t penalize you for it. Your chances will remain the same as long as you take these ECE courses instead.

Plus, if you want to go to UConn, which could easily be used as a safety in case your primary choices don’t accept you, it’ll be helpful for obtaining some credits going into it. They might be acceptable elsewhere.

^ Those credits are probably acceptable wherever OP goes.
