<p>How long should it take to be notified via email from Paty that there is a package waiting? We shipped 2 packages from Target to DD’s address at Paty. Per the UPS tracking website the delivery was made 10 days ago and they even gave me the name of the person who signed for the package. </p>
<p>Is it just super busy with the school year starting soon? </p>
<p>If we show up to pick up our packages without having received an email, can we expect to be able to retrieve our things?</p>

<p>I have had a ton of things shipped to Paty in the past and have never received an email notification from them- If you check online with the tracking number and see it has been delivered you can usually just go over and ask for it and they will give it to you, sometimes you might be asked to wait until they reopen after lunch if it was delivered that morning as it may not have been sorted yet.</p>
