I’m not sure I agree…while she is certainly impressive in some ways, I find it hard to believe she has mentored 30,000 kids. Either that’s a typo - or - she has a different definition of mentoring than I do. Makes me wonder what other achievements are exaggerated.
Having said that - I do appreciate the link to the article. The other kids profiled are equally impressive.

I’m pretty sure Time magazine would have vetted her in depth before they put her on the cover. In any case she will be writing her own ticket…
