Is the deadline actually 3 hours ahead for us PST folks (9 pm EST) or can we submit stuff online by 11:59 PM PST?

that's what i've heard, so i'm gonna try to get everything in EST. but if you run over, meh, you can't do anything. and if they do penalize you, you can be like, aaah i didn't knowww</p>
