I just checked my TOEFL score.

I got perfect in reading and listenng, and nearly perfect in writing as well.

However, I got 23 out of 30 in speaking, and this is below JHU's minimum subsection requirement (which is 25)

In this case, just because I couldn't meet the speaking subsection requirement, would JHU admission officers burn down my application papers?

Applicants to Hopkins that are required to submit TOEFL scores, may apply to the University and be considered for admission even if their TOEFL scores do not meet our minimum requirements. However, one's chances for admission are severely impacted if applying with TOEFL scores that do not meet the minimum scores on each section. We recommended that student's re-take the TOEFL prior to our deadline, so that they meet our minimum suggestions for TOEFL. We do not review any other application materials to prove English proficiency.
