Another trivial chance thread with an additional question about re-taking SAT

Hi? I’m a international sophomore in one of the top-ten liberal arts colleges. Although I fully enjoy the current college life, these days I feel that my college does not have curriculums that I need for my future goal-to go to economics graduate school. Especially, the fact that my current college does not offer many probability/statistics courses such as stochastic process and upper econometrics courses makes me seriously consider transfer. So these are my so-called stats.

Here are my questions.

Since I can graduate one year early if I stay at my current college, I have prepared for GRE since this summer. So I’m pretty sure that if I re-take SAT in the winter break, I can substantially increase SAT I. Does re-taking SAT in sophomore year help substantially in trasfer admissions?

My dream schools are Havard, MIT, and Columbia with Mathematics major. However, I think I need some more safety schools. Could you guys chance me in those dream schools and suggest some schools which have decent mathematics and economics department that I can possible transfer into?
