Another typo on the applicantion question

My son submitted five apps tonight to early action schools and others. On the common app section tell us other information you feel is relevant, he had edited something and left an extra "and" in the sentence.

He is not applying to highly selective schools. They are more along the 100 and below level on the us news and world report listing. Do you think this will terribly hurt his chances? It's tiny and done and I should just forget about it, but now it's bugging me. I did read an article a few months ago that indicated some minor errors made applications seem more genuine... but he did not do it on purpose. I hope they don't just assume he is careless.

Hahaha I'm sure he'll be fine. It's not a huge deal. As long as there aren't 10,000 errors, it won't make too much of a difference.
