<p>I just went to ACT web site to see if my scores are up..</p>

<p>and I saw this message saying the web service will not be available beginning </p>

<p>11 pm tonight to 5am tomorrow.</p>

<p>This same message appeared few days ago (I think..) and it went down.</p>

<p>but why are they posting it again?</p>

<p>is this mean all the people who haven't got their scores yet would get it by </p>

<p>tomorrow morning?</p>
