Ahh i feel like im sitting on pins and needles i just dont know how to control myself anymore i feel my heartrate randomly rising just with the though of next year...anyone else suffering from this?

Yes .

i am somewhat have some anxiety about entering 9th grade....and if i were going into 12th grade or college i would be happy for i would be at the top of the school and almost done entirely with school...and dont worrie about 12th grade shopaholic234 you sound as id your a person who would do just fine....but on the other side of the spectrum i dont see my self doing to welll..lol.well good luck with your senior year and dont try not to stress about^_^

Our whole life is about to change.

That's somewhat depressing.

I think this time of the year (applications) is the worst not only because of the obvious (putting ourselves through hell to get into school!!) but also because we're all thinking about college (aka freedom, supposedly) when it's really a whole year away and we still have to finish senior with a usually insanely difficult schedule.

Seriously, don't stress too much about senior year, it was easily one of the best experiences of my life. So try to remember that it's the last time you'll see most of the people in your school and to make the best of it. And seriously, once January 1st passes and applications are practically done, there is nothing left to worry about, so you can just celebrate and have a good time, after all there's prom, no finals, graduation, project graduation, senior picnic etc, it's supposed to be fun so live life large.

Yeah what Tonyt said is true. Once you get into college, you can just blow off the rest of the year pretty much. It's a nice feeling.

Listen to Tonyt88.
Senior year was easily one of the most enjoyable and academic laid back years of my life.

for some reason, i'm not looking forward to it at all. My future looks so bleak right now that i'm afraid of stepping into school again and face the whole college issue. It's just because of last year, my grades look ugly.

senior year... i hope i survive. i have a really tough schedule, both in academics and other business... !!! it's just around the corner

8th grade was the best year of my life, for there were only finals for math, earth science and social studies and you got to be at the top of the school so i guess from pass expierences i can foreshadow that senior year is much like 8th grade............wouldnt that be right?

Well my cousin just graduated colllege and she said it was a good year and now she is headed off to princeton....she makes me jealous :p but when im done with highschool...considering if i pass honors biology, sat II, global history, the regents, the finals , the sat the work. the reading...

every heard of senioritis? i got that disease at the end of sophomore year id say. coming into senior year... i already dont care. its a problem, but from what ive heard, senior year really isnt that bad. my junior year wasnt even that bad. but i really think its the senioritis that hurts seniors. not the classes, or the courseloads, or the teachers... its the fact that we dont care!

Oh senioritus. My tormentor since...oh my...first grade, it appears. -_-;

hell yeah!!!!!!!

I believe it should be renamed:

lazyitis
-or-
procrastinitis

:)

I have never dipped below a 3.71 GPA (2 Bs) for a semester in high school and I have only accomplished 2Bs for only two semesters in high school. 2nd semester senior year, I got like a 3.14 GPA (5 Bs) or in my case 1 C and 3 Bs heheh. Senioritis got to me bad

I agree. Senioritis makes me think of a bunch of swollen seniors.

I'm seriously nervous. I'm going to have 5 AP Classes (a lot for me) which means a lot homework and reading. That wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that a)I'll still need to study for the ACT and SAT Subject Tests and b)The whole college applications dealio.

At least only the first half will be this stressful. . .

Don't worry too much about it, I was exactly in the same place as you, 5AP's, apps, and sat's all in my senior year, but I did it, so you're definitely capable of doing it as well, so good luck with that :D
