<p>how many who applied by paper have their online pin number already? cuz i don’t and i sent mine out 3 weeks ago</p>

<p>Last year's CCers said they got a letter with the PIN around mid - November.</p>

<p>Even those that applied online don't have their PIN password. At least I don't.</p>

<p>It asks for login and password. I tried using PIN as login and the id number on found on top of the essays as the password. No luck. It could be that the id number is the login. Guess we'll find out when we get the letter this month.</p>

<p>the PIN number for the decisions website or just the Penn ID number?</p>

<p>I applied online and I have only received the latter, I understand the decisions PIN will be sent out on mid-November.</p>
