Has anybody heard? When do we find out?

There are still 2 more audition dates...March 23 & 24. Not until those have been completed.

Anyone heard yet? When do we find out?

Somewhere I think I heard around April 1st.

I think the letters were mailed yesterday. Not sure but I believe that was the case. Break-a-leg everyone!

Thankss!!!

Yep, they told me either April 1st or 1st week of April...can't remember, they sound almost exactly the same! hehe.

Yeah it's the first week of april. I just got my letter saying I have passed the first step of my application (getting into the school) and now the second step is a review of my audition which they will notify me next week about acceptance to the Fine Arts program.

I wonder how many people Webster actually auditions... They sure had a lot of audition dates!

Ugh. We will probably waiting at least another week for our decisions! Does anyone know whether accepted students will be notified by phone or by mail?

I was told by mail.

twentytwo,

Webster theatre department typically notifies their acting and musical theatre prospective students via mail.

byorkman,

Yours was academic acceptance. All that must be in line before mt/acting invites go out.

As far as numbers I have been told a whole lot auditioned....more than in the past.

Break a leg!!

SUE

Yeah academic acceptance is step one. But I'm still waiting to hear about MT.

I was accepted academically with a huge scholarship, but unfortunately, I got my rejection letter from the conservatory today. :(

sorry for your news twentytwo.

Well that's okay. Always remember (quoting from one on my really good friends) 'no' only means 'new opportunities'.

Awww, you guys are so nice...

And byorkman, you are so right!

That's right. Maybe there's an alternative. Can you do a B.A. in theatre? Or maybe you can go there and major in something else...maybe a spot will become available in the conservatory. You never know...well anyways, congrats on the scholarship, that's really great! Best of luck.

I got my acceptance certificate today!

I remember my D's happy feeling last year at the sight of that certificate! Congratulations. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!

Marianne

I just got my acceptance today as well! I am so excited I literally jumped up and down!
