<p>I'm amazed I was told that they don't send out letters for RD til the end of March - first part of April Congrats well I'll be patiently waiting by the mailbox hope to see you at Vandy.</p>
<p>The reason Vanderbilt send out letters early is for the MOSAIC weekend, a minority recruitment program.</p>

Vandy sent out letters to candidates for big merit scholarships of all kinds, I think. I'm not an ethnic minority (unless they found out about my Cherokee great-grandmother without my telling them...)</p>

<p>I got my acceptance packet to Northeastern in January, before they said anything online.</p>
<p>BU doesn't start notifying until around March 20th.. they send you an e-mail to check online before the letter arrives.</p>
