<p>hey everyone... i just got accepted to civil engineering... and i was invited to the february scholars day. does anyone know if drexel helps pay for travel? i just did a scholars day like this at ill. institute of technology and they paid for travel... but i live in chicago so it didn't apply... hah. </p>

<p>I got into the 5-Year BS/MBA Accelerated Degree program with a 13k/year Dean's Scholarship and I attended the AJ Drexel Scholars Day yesterday and my interview went so great. My interviewer told me that he would recommend me for more scholarship money. It seems more and more obvious that I will be attending Drexel in the fall.</p>
<p>I'm also doing an overnight this week (monday-tuesday) in myers hall that I'm really looking forward to.</p>
<p>My stats are:
SAT I: 1340 (math 680, verbal 660)
SAT II: Math IIC 730, Writing 680, Chem 630
Good E/Cs: 2 varsity sports, class council, TSA, lots of work experience
Assuming my teachers wrote me great recs
and i think my accelerated degree essay was really good</p>

<p>Mazel Tav! My friend Serenus got deferred to that same program with a 1600 SAT and 2 800 SAT II's and 1 790 SAT II (that was in Hebrew which he taught himself a week before the test).
