Any advice on classes to take next year (junior year)?

It’s that time of the year again: choosing classes. I am currently a sophomore and here are the classes I am considering taking next year:

APUSH
AP Pysch
AP French
AP Human Geo
Regular English
AP Calculus

The thing is I want to major in sciences (biology or chemistry) but I’m not taking any science classes. I am taking human geo and psych because those are the easiest AP’s and I wanna get a high gpa boost for junior year (since I wanna go to a UC). I am not sure if I should switch out one of my classes for AP Chem because it is the hardest AP in the school!! Should I just save up AP Chem for senior year (where grades matter less)? Or should I replace one class with AP Chem and take hell? Would it hurt my chances more to get into a life science major if I chose to take AP Chem my senior year rather than Junior?

Thanks for the info!

HAHAHAHA taking AP Chem with that schedule is gonna be very tough. I did my junior year, and I almost died. I also did not get a good grade on AP Chem. (This is from my experience, you might be able to handle it way better than I).

Looking at your schedule I’m wondering about AP Biology. Have you already taken AP Bio? You could take AP Bio instead of AP Psych. Then take AP Chem senior year, and AP Psych online.

If you are looking to get into a life sciences subject you will have to take AP Bio and AP Chem sometime in high school, so just depends. Don’t spread yourself out thin your junior year though. It’s not gonna be a good time at all. Hope this helps somewhat.
