Any advice on getting ready for college?

I'm a second semester senior and realized I should probably start planning for it. Any life skills I should learn in the next 6 months?

Thanks :)

Time management is probably the one you’re going to hear most, and you’re going to DEFINITELY need it.

Also, if you’re a shy person, work on being able to talk to strangers – in college, no one is ever going to spoonfeed you. If you’re having issues with something, you have to find the right person to contact and initiate it.

For classes, it’s helpful to know how to keep track of your grades (most of my professors never hand back papers or update us on grades – if I want to know what I’m getting, I have to scout for my scores).

Learn how to make a budget.

Ok, thanks! Those are definitely all things I need to work on.

Ugh, making a budget  Ah, well I suppose I should start working on that. How much does the typical college student have to spend on living expenses per month?
