Any Advice Would be welcomed--Penn State vs VT vs Cornell

I am a coming international Master student, majoring in Industrial Engineering (Human Factors Concentration). By far, I have narrowed down my list of choices to 3 universities:

Penn State, College of Engineering
VT, College of Engineering
Cornell, College of Human Ecology (I know maybe this option seems weird for an engineering graduate, but the reputation of Ivy is so big to me, an international student, even though it's barely a contract college of Cornell)

I am not planning to get a PHD degree, so finding a decent job will be my first goal after 2 years graduate studying.

Any advice on the comparison among them would be appreciated, especially about reputation in terms of job prospective. Which one is easier for me to get a position in industry or consulting companies?

Thanks so much, and please say something if you drop by. ~~~
