any advice?

Hi,
I'm a junior in high school with my sights set on going to Navy. I took the SAT yesterday and felt incredibly at ease (expecting a score between 2100-2250). I go to an extremely high ranking and rigorous private high school (one of the top 30 in the country). I have an estimated GPA of around 3.7 unweighted (my school does not calculate GPA or class rank). I have taken honors classes starting in freshman year and will have taken 5 AP exams by the end of high school, including AP Physics C, AB Calc, and AP stats. As you might have guessed I'm interested in engineering. As extracurriculars, I have almost 90 community service hours and counting, I am a member of our schools Quizbowl team, a member of the Robotics team, and co-head of our hockey club (we play hockey in the gym during lunch). Also, I am a two time Junior National Team member in whitewater slalom kayaking. I am currently the number two junior in the country and 9th overall in the country. I competed over the summer at the Junior World Championships in France and took 51st individually and 8th in the team race (an excellent result for the team). I also help coach kids in my local club when I am not training.
I applied several weeks ago to NASS and I'm expecting a response relatively soon. Do you think my chances are pretty good? Any advice on improving my chances?
Thanks!

p.s. If I left stuff out, just let me know and I'll post a reply. Thanks again!

No problem - you’re a shoe in. Start packing.

Actually, you’re competing with hundreds/thousands of others with equal resumes. Nobody here can tell you one way or the other. You certainly have the kind of background that the SA are looking for. Good luck.
