<p>More of a curiosity than anything. I know SVA and Pratt, and possibly Parsons, have some animation program$. But these schools can cost upwards of $30,000 a year.</p>

<p>Haha, is this really a stupid question? I promise it’s not a joke thread or anything. I’m just very shocked at how much money most animation schools cost. (Cal Arts comes to mind at a cost of nearly $50,000 a year…)</p>
<p>Come now, surely there must be one schoool in NYC where learning animation isn’t going to cost one +$100,000 for a Bachelor’s degree.</p>

<p>Don’t get hung up on the sticker prices of schools. Apply. See what kind of Aid package you get based on merit and/or need. Then you’ll see the real bottom line for a school. It’s like buying a Persian rug, the initial price is never the final price.</p>
