Haha what the hell?

lol.. .

Lol .

Don't fall on your head would be good...

:)

:] LOL Thanks HiWei.

Cool SNEAKiiE. It's hot that you are trying to learn how to breakdance. Just try to build your arm muscles and abdominal muscles. You will be using your hands a lot on the floor. Just becareful not to eat too much before breakdancing because you'll be puking from hanging upside down. And thanks for the hug. LOL By the way cute faces. Ignore those 3 people who replied "lol." Heh people these days.

lol. try not to do too many spins or you will end up vomiting. ;)

thx for reading
-mase.

=] Aaawww thanks Adrien! ^^ Okay I'll do that today. Ha ha thanks mase. :]

You're welcome, babe.

I suggest finding someone who knows how to breakdance and learn from them.

Also remember to breathe deeply and stay relaxed. It isn't about muscular strength, but more about not being tense. If you're tense, you break down and fall easily. If you breathe deeply and use your breaths to control your movements while being relaxed, it becomes much easier.
And still try and build up some strength because if you do fall, you don't want to hurt yourself. Not so much muscular strength versus strength in your tendons..cuz they are the connections that hold you together.

Practice doing push-ups with bridges, handstands, walking with the handstand, and walking on walls with your bridges. Do splits and stuff too. Be sure to warm up properly, stretch, and all that good stuff.

And HAVE FUN!!

Someone who knows how to breakdance and learn from them? That's pretty a good idea. Depends if SNEAKiiE is patient, and not hyper all the time. LOL. SNEAKiiE you should listen to what Michael says. He has better advice than mine.

I tend to dance a lot... she knows that, or at least she should lol
I've already told her I can do most dances, except breakdancing.. which I'm in the process of building my shoulder, elbow, and knee joints for.

I breakdance a lot. Blah, too bad I'm not in MA to teach her how to breakdance. Workout is always good.

I breakdance, also. The best advice that I can give you is to learn how to do a headstand w/ the preparation of a cartwheel. Before you can spin on your head and do all the complex steps...learn how to do the basic six step, and elaborate on that. Learn how to do freezes, and to hold the freeze for as long as you can. Do some crunches, so that your stomach muscles are strong enough to not feel any pain, in case your elbow slips from your rib. That's all I can think of at the moment. Also, learn the history of hip-hop and breakdancing. Try to branch out to other different styles of hip-hop..like popping, locking, etc... Be patient, you may not get it the very first time you try it, but if you work hard enough...you might eventually get it. When you get the basics down, incorporate your own style into it.

Step 1: Turn up the radio realllllllllyyyy loud!
Step 2: Start dancing preferably something you can dance to...well duh
Step 3: Get on your bed
Step 4: Jump really high and practice flipping!!
Step 5: Keep dancing and incorporate the fliipping...repeat steps for 5 days

It might be helpful to do handstands!! wee

lol........

I tried breakdancing and then it became too challenging and i switched to freestyle running...lol..

I've been jumping skyscrapers and all.

I can kinda breakdance...depends on te difficulty level of the moves. BTW, i am a former female gymnast so that helps. With basic moves you need to first buiild up arm strength...can you do a handstand? ALso, you need very, very good motor/coordination skills. And also, don't do the stuff where yo stand on your head and spin...it's very unsafe and damaging to your spine and neck. That's why in gymnastics when you do it you never let go of the floor with your hands....It's fun, easier said than done. be safe!!

psha, i am a passionate breakdancer too, but it too be years to master some cool moves. Its a great way to attract the ladies ;)
