Any Cal or LA theories / speculation?

<p>Last year, people on the forum started seeing signs in Berkeley's housing application around April 10th. Today is the 4th.</p>

<p>The main question I have is:</p>

<p>How did they manage to get their CalNet ID #?</p>

<p>Also, who's been keeping tabs on URSA? I've been checking up now and then but I haven't observed any significant changes.</p>

<p>I've been poking around URSA occasionally and haven't noticed anything either.</p>

<p>They changed the Cal Housing site for this year, and we only get our Calnet ID's on the Admit Letter...</p>
