<p>not a chance. You can only apply as a transfer later, and that is difficult to do from another UC. The vast majority of transfer slots are saved for juco transfers.</p>
<p>You can apply to all of the UC campuses that accept undergraduates at $40 per campus (assuming they haven't recently increased the fee). If all goes well, you will be accepted to some of them, and can choose the one you matriculate to. </p>
