Any CC's that offer Financial Aid to Internationals?

<p>Are there ANY community colleges that offer financial aid to overseas (specifically Canadian) students? How are most internationals paying for their US education? </p>

<p>What is usually the criteria to qualify for receiving financial aid in schools that do offer it to internationals? </p>

<p>Some border states used to offer tuition breaks for Canadians who lived in the adjacent province(s). I don’t know if this is still true.</p>

<p>To the best of my knowledge, no public community college offers any financial aid for international students.</p>
