Any chance at UPENN ED?

<p>Probably not but just for the hell of it...
If not UPenn, Would I have any chance at UVa ED?</p>

<p>Stats:
White Male
HS Junior at private Catholic School in suburban Philadelphia...
GPA: 3.9
SAT: 2010 (720 V, 570 M, 720 W) (think I can bring up math to 600+)
SAT II: Probably 700+ on US Hist and World Hist, going to take lit or spanish later.
AP: European Hist - 4, US Hist - 4 or 5 probably, taking AP Spanish and AP US Gov't next yr.</p>

<p>ECs:
3 Ice Hockey Teams (Varsity for HS, A Club, AA Spring League)
Work at Ice Skating Rink, mowing lawns
School Newspaper
History Club, Amnesty International, Intramurals, NHS - tutoring
50 + hrs Community Service in Philadelphia (working on churches, houses, meals for shut-ins)</p>

<p>private school and low sat....</p>

<p>If you can raise the SAT to 2200 and have all SAT-IIs at 700+, you have a reasonable, although small, shot.</p>

<p>Your EC's need some work unless you're going to be recruited for hockey.</p>

<p>Which school are you applying to?? There is a big difference between WHARTON, college/SEAS, and nursing..</p>
