any chance ED2?

<p>I'm unsure if I should apply to ED2... can somebody chance me?</p>

<p>Race: Asian (Chinese) 1st gen
Sex: Female
state: LI, ny
SAT: W 680 CR 600 M 700
SATII: us - 670; bio 730
ACT: 30 <--- probably going to send my ACT score instead of SAT scores.
I retook the ACTs last week, hoping for a 32!
APs: euro-5, apush-5, bio-5
senior yr(5 aps)
GPA: UW 3.65
Courseload: pretty rigorous; all APs and honors classes
recs: expecting them to be strong. i asked my english & american teacher. counselor also sent my music teacher's anecdotal.</p>

<p>ECs:
- habitat for humanity(10-12) - 11th: public relations officer; 12th: VP
- model congress (10-12)
- tri-M music honor society (9-12)
- nhs
- sci oly (9-12)
- electric rock orchestra event at my school
Out of school ECs:
- attened a summer leadership institute program during the summer
- led & participated in chinatown beautification day (clean up of the community sort of thing)
-183 hrs of community service: school orchestra, chinese school TA, bowery missions
- active in church youth group (if that counts for anything)
Work experience
- Jr counselor at daycamp - past summer
- tutor - present
Awards:
- participation in the LI string festival (i play the violin) - freshman yr
- ABRISM royal board certificate for piano - sophmore yr</p>

<p>Your ECs seem good enough but Tufts may be a bit of a reach due to your SAT scores in CR (and sorta writing). If your Act score does end up being a 32 (with good scores in the english sections), you should stand a chance.</p>

<p>you definitely stand a chance now, and a 32 would definitely give you a little boost. Your UW GPA is higher than mine, and I just got in ED1, so you are certainly a qualified candidate. Good luck!</p>

<p>You would be in the running, but not tremendously strong with your current numbers. If you do get a 32 on the ACT, that would change the odds tremendously.</p>
