I'm hoping to transfer to UCF for spring 2012. My FAFSA has an EFC of 0.
I'll have just completed my AA when I transfer. My college GPA should be right around a 3.5 when I graduate.
My GPA in high school was a 3.8
I never took the SAT back in high school, so I just took it this month. This is my first semester of college after a ten year gap. Obviously, I didn't do as well on the SAT as I'm sure I would have while still in high school. My scores were 1370/1960.
Any ideas of whether or not I have any chance for financial aid beyond the Pell grant and direct loans?
I'm just trying to figure out how I can coordinate going to school and paying for childcare.
Thanks for any advice!

A 1370 is not bad at all, no need to be too modest! With an EFC of 0 you should get a decent amount of aid. Probably full Pell Grant and one or two other grants. There used to be more but they’re cutting down. UCF does have its Pegasus scholarship but I don’t know if it’s given to transfer students. Good luck!
